Take on a new GO Battle League Challenge! The latest GO Battle League themed Cup - the Spring Cup - is now available on silph.gg! With it comes a new chance to prove your skill and increase your global and local player ranking. Spring Cup tournaments will follow the same basic rules as all Silph Arena Cups, but with a special twist! Here’s what you need to know:

What Is The Spring Cup?

The Spring Cup is a unique format played during the Season 13 of GO battle League. During this time (February 17^th - February 28^th), local Silph League communities host and record a special tournament using the free Silph.gg tools. Wins and losses in this local tournament affect your player rank on local and global leaderboards, and can help you progress towards higher player tiers!

Spring Cup Regeln

The Spring Cup hat einige spezielle Regeln (die zusätzliche Herausforderung und Spaß bereiten), welche sich vom Standard-PvP-Kampf in Pokémon GO unterscheiden:

• 6er Team: Die Teilnehmer benötigen ein Team von 6 Pokémon (und müssen diese vor Turnierbeginn eintragen). Alle später zum Kämpfen benötigten Pokémon dürfen nur aus diesen 6 ausgewählt werden.
• Superliga: Spiele werden in der Superliga gespielt: Nur Pokemon bis zu 1500 CP sind im Cup erlaubt.
• Spring Pokémon Only: Only Pokemon with the Water, Grass or Fairy type are allowed in the Spring Cup, dual types included. Toxapex isn't allowed in the Spring Cup.

Any date between February 17^th and February 28^th, 2023 is a valid date to hold your community's Spring Cup. The tournament registration page will not allow registering your Cup for an invalid date or time - so as long as you are able to create your tournament on Silph.gg, you will know it is set for a valid date.
