Memphis Regional Tournament is Sunday! We are super excited to welcome you all and have a great tournament. Just a few things to expect before you show up on Sunday:

1. All competitors need to be at the venue as close to 1pm as possible. There will be a hard start time of 1:30pm in order to get the tournament over before 4pm.
2.As soon as you get to the venue, please sign in with the registration staff, they will give you your name badge and your form to fill out (Form info #3)
3. Each participant must fill out a paper form containing their entry Pokemon's CP and moves, as well as the number of TMs each player has. These forms will be kept by non-participating volunteer helpers for the duration of the tournament, and will only be consulted in the event of a dispute.
4.When you are finished with your form, please take it to one of our staff members who will be checking your phone against what you have written down.
5.Everyone needs to be prepared to win! If you do win, you will need to tell me if you are going to attend one of the Worlds Tournaments and which one you will be attending. If you are the Memphis Regional Champion, I will need you to stick around and fill out some paperwork if you will be attending Worlds. Should the Champion opt not to represent Memphis at Worlds, we will pick the Alternate Region Representative who will attend Worlds.
6.Badges have been printed, anyone who pre registers after midnight Friday, may not have a personalized name badge or other personalized keepsakes.
