TOURNAMENT START TIME
This tournament is scheduled to begin at 7pm EDT on Tuesday, March 24th; however, if the size of the field is close to the cutoff for an additional round, the start time may be delayed slightly to add the requisite number of competitors. (i.e. if we're sitting at 30 or 60 just before the start time, it will be delayed until we reach 33 or 65). Please be patient in the event of such a slight delay.
Please join our Discord server ( http://bit.ly/pVpNy ) to coordinate friend codes with your opponents. Your server name should match your Silph Card. A dedicated channel for this tournament has been made. Please keep all related conversation to that channel.
PACE OF PLAY
Please complete your battles at you and your opponent's earliest possible convenience. Each round will be played over a MAXIMUM OF 48 HOURS. Participants in outstanding battles will be tagged multiple times throughout each round to be reminded of their battles. If you do not complete your battles within the allotted timeframe, you will be given an AUTOMATIC 3-0 LOSS on the first infraction, and REMOVED from the tournament on the second infraction. If your opponent is not responding, please provide message screenshots to the Tournament Staff in a DM.
If a pokemon on your team uses other moves in other tournaments/GBL, please be sure to restore that pokemon's moves to what it had at the start of this tournament before each battle.
Please record your battles for use in the review of any possible gameplay incidents. If there is an incident in a game, it should be resolved before proceeded to subsequent games in the match. The preferred method of review is uploading your battle videos to a site like streamable.com, and sharing the link with your opponent. If you and your opponent cannot come to an agreement on how to proceed, or you cannot share the video with your opponent because it contains unseen charged moves, please share the video with Tournament Staff in a DM. Tournament Staff cannot make any ruling without reviewing video of the battle, so again, please record your battles.
